"Benchmark of the industry": With these words, the Art Directors Club for Germany (ADC) praised the visionary work of Prof. Roland Lambrette, founding member of Atelier Markgraph. As a pioneer of the scenography, he received the honorary title for his pioneering life's work as part of the "ADC Night of Honor" on February 21. "A designer who has invited to different complicities from an attitude out of individual autonomy in the course of his life, has entered into to change things, brands and rooms and thus the immediate living environment to make something new out of something," so The curator and author Matthias Wagner K over Lambrette. The ADC honorary title has been awarded since 2007 and already went to such important personalities as typographers Erik Spiekermann and photographer Daniel Josefsohn. In addition to Roland Lambrette, the ADC praised two other "outstanding personalities of the creative and communication industry": the Italian photographer Oliviero Toscani was appointed an honorary member of the year 2018, while Claas Meineke, Board of Directors Marketing/Sales of Edeka AG, the award for the customer of the year I received. We congratulate! The Art Directors Club, which is based in Berlin, has been gathering the leading heads of the communication industry since 1964 and organizes one of the most renowned creative festivals in the Federal Republic every year. This year's festival will take place from May 21 to June 2, under the title "Creative Intelligence - how ideas arise".
