Frankfurt, 10 June 2024 – At this year’s Art Directors Club (ADC) competition, four works by Atelier Markgraph received the coveted nails and awards. The “IAA MOBILITY 2023” project for Mercedes-Benz received gold and bronze. The “Viega World” seminar centre received silver and an award.
On June 7, the most important German creative awards were presented for the 60th time at the ADC Festival in Hamburg. The awards were handed out for the 60th time. The ADC juries assessed 9,600 entries in 31 categories.
Gold for the Mercedes-Benz appearance at the IAA MOBILITY 2023
The collaborative entry by jangled nerves, team x and Atelier Markgraph was honoured with an ADC bronze nail in the category “Trade Fair Presentation”.
A striking red cube, accessible over two floors, formed the centre piece in the Apothekenhof of the Munich Residenz. With interactive exhibits, a curated evening programme and numerous dialogue stations, the presentation impressed visitors and the ADC jury.
An emotional 12-minute show featuring sound, a spherical light sculpture and LEDs awaited the trade fair guests in the cube. The intensely immersive product experience by Atelier Markgraph and team x was awarded gold in the “Spatial Staging” category. The jury’s comment: “The staging combines the brand, the car and the space in a poetic and subtle artistic way. A perfect interplay of light, media and graphics that wonderfully integrates the car without heroising it.”
Silver and an award for the Viega World seminar centre
The Viega World is an innovative training centre that combines knowledge, fascination and a holistic brand experience on 2,800 square metres of exhibition space.
The exhibition presents 90 exhibits and surprising insights that turn the building itself into a training centre. The special concept was honoured with a silver ADC nail in the category “Exhibition”. A highlight within the Viega Sphere was created with the immersive media experience space “Viega Sphere”, which was honoured with an award. The 360-degree experience offers a new form of knowledge transfer and is also unique in technical terms.

Frankfurt/Stuttgart, 22 May 2024 – Atelier Markgraph has been responsible for the new concept and interior design of the VIP boxes of Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-Benz Bank in the MHPArena in Stuttgart. The spatial concept is inspired by the idea of a “private club”, combined with the luxury and comfort of an elegant hotel suite.
The two-year renovation of the MHPArena in Stuttgart was completed at the end of March 2024. The Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-BenzBank VIP boxes also received a new look as part of the renovation work.
Brand experience in a small space
The two newly designed Club Suites, measuring 55 and25 square metres, offer guests a special quality of stay and create a stylish setting for special occasions –whether sporting or concert events or meetings with clients.
The interior design is characterised by high-quality materials and surfaces, comfy furniture, an individual lighting concept and the most up-to-date audio and video technology.
Surprising accents and sophisticated branding
Natural materials such as wood and natural stone as well as discreet accessories create a cosy atmosphere. Accentuated colour schemes and unusual material contrasts create simple elegance and support the special ambience. Subtle reliefs and stylised patterns lend the rooms a confident style. High-quality and durable materials in combination with well thought-out design solutions enable long-term and sustainable use of the rooms.

Frankfurt/Beijing, 08 May 2024 – Together with the architects from SCAILAB in Stuttgart, Atelier Markgraph has once again realised a spectacular brand presentation for Mercedes-Benz at Auto China 2024 in Beijing.
From April the 25th to May the 4th, Mercedes-Benz presented its range of products and services on a booth area of approximately 1900 square metres. The focus of the stand was on the future topic of electromobility.
The focal point of the trade fair presentation was a 32-meter-wide LED display designed as a large double-leaf door. When open, it offered visitors a fascinating view of the Concept CLA Class with an immersive media show.
Live experience: G-Class drove a 100 percent gradient uphill in reverse gear
Another highlight was the G-Mountain – a stimulated peak that served as a stage for the latest generation of the G-Class with EQ technology. The unique staging was inspired by the Schöckl mountain peak in Graz, Austria, where visitors can test the off-road capabilities of the G-Class for themselves at the G-Class Experience Center. At the trade fair in Beijing, visitors were able to experience live several times a day as part of a show how the G-Class conquered the G-Mountain with a 100 percent gradient, even in reverse gear.
The new G-Class Portal developed by Atelier Markgraph, a gesture-controlled digital application, enabled visitors to take a virtual test drive on the Schöckl, creating a link between reality and the digital world.
The Frankfurt agency Atelier Markgraph was once again responsible for the communication concept of the trade fair appearance, the staging of the media areas, the interactive exhibits and the graphic design.

Frankfurt, 11 December 2023 – From 14 to 16 November, the automation industry met in Nuremberg for the international trade fair SPS – Smart Production Solutions. Atelier Markgraph designed and realised the presentation of the PLCnext Technology Ecosystem for Phoenix Contact, the leading German company for electrical and automation technology. Under the claim “Innovate, Collaborate, Create Impact Now”, collaboration was at the centre of the presentation.
The latest trends and developments in the automation industry – this was once again the focus of this year's SPS in Nuremberg. The trade fair presented solutions for a wide range of work areas to over 50,000 visitors and offered a platform for dialogue with developers of automation solutions. The topics of exchange and co-operation were at the top of the agenda for Phoenix Contact this year. The central theme of collaboration also characterised the design of the trade fair presentation.
Transparent architecture with acrylic glass
Correspondingly, the large workshop area formed the centrepiece of the 180 square metre special area. The focus on communication was continued and expanded by numerous work areas spread across the stand area. The atmosphere, dramaturgy and architecture of the stand were designed to bring visitors and experts into dialogue. The colourful, transparent architecture made of acrylic glass provided an eye-catching design element. It allowed an unobstructed view over the entire stand area and at the same time provided areas for individual discussions.
High-tech beehive as a community project
The presentation of the Beehyve community project was met with particularly great interest. Visitors of the stand were able to find out how the data obtained from the comprehensive investigation and digital recording of a beehive can be transferred to a wide range of industrial applications. The resulting projects, including artificial intelligence, cloud and edge computing as well as a digital twin, could be discovered and discussed at the stand. A sweet extra: the honey collected by the bees - filled into small jars - was also presented at the stand.
Visual storytelling
Atelier Markgraph developed a combined design to visualise the main content and make the dynamics and flexibility of the ecosystem tangible: the interplay of fixed typographic and graphic elements on the walls with moving media productions. For the viewer, this created the impression of standing in front of a kind of gap text that develops into a continuous story through the changing image and text content on the monitor.
The typographically designed exterior walls of the trade fair stand were also an eye-catcher. The words of the trade fair claim "Innovate, Collaborate, Create Impact Now", which were repeated on the walls in a large and staggered format, had a strong long-distance effect.
For Atelier Markgraph, it was the fifth SPS trade fair appearance in a row that the Frankfurt agency was able to design and realise for Phoenix Contact.

Frankfurt, 26 October 2023: Atelier Markgraph, in cooperation with jangled nerves and team x, designed the IAA MOBILITY appearance for Mercedes-Benz AG. Under the motto "Defining Class since 1886", a surprisingly colorful staging and interactive elements around the future topic of electromobility inspired the visitors.
A bright red cube, accessible over two floors, formed the striking focal point in the Apothekenhof of the Munich Residenz. The entire range of the current and future portfolio of electric and electrified vehicles across all brands was presented.
Among them was a genuine world premiere: the Concept CLA Class. An impressive staging was created for this highlight. The entire interior of the two-storey cube celebrated the star of the brand presentation with an intensely immersive spatial staging.
With an emotional presentation of sound, spherical light sculpture and LEDs, the 12-minute show was one of the most popular social media motifs.
Gesture-controlled exhibits impart knowledge
The aim of the entire presentation was to give visitors an understanding of the advantages of electric driving. In addition to extensive dialog offerings, there were also numerous opportunities to engage with the content digitally and interactively. The "Portals" developed by Atelier Markgraph, a new generation of body- and gesture-controlled exhibits that allow knowledge to be conveyed in a playful way, were also used. With the "Portals", visitors can intuitively navigate through the application using their body movements.
B2B presence on the exhibition grounds
The second venue, also designed by Atelier Markgraph with jangled nerves and team x, was the presentation on the exhibition grounds, which was aimed exclusively at a specialist audience. Mercedes-Benz AG presented itself to the B2B audience with inviting opportunities for dialogue and consultation, top-class international expert presentations and interactive exhibits.
Throughout the trade fair, Mercedes-Benz offered events for all age groups. These included the evening program curated by Atelier Markgraph with live music by jazz pianist Matti Klein and Israeli artist J. Lamotta. Other highlights included special guided tours for children and the popular selfie spot with the big star.
Frankfurt, September 4, 2023. The Frankfurt agency Atelier Markgraph is restructuring and introducing a new management level. In addition to the established management team of Lars Uwe Bleher, Tom Schubert, and Stefan Weil, the team is complemented by five individuals in operational and strategic management roles.
The "agency for spatial communication" was founded in 1986 in the Markgrafenstraße, Frankfurt am Main. The last major management change occurred in 2017 when, during a generational shift, Atelier reformed with Lars Uwe Bleher, Tom Schubert, and Stefan Weil.
Now, the Frankfurt agency is responding to changing structures and conditions by introducing an executive management level for the first time.
Tom Schubert, CFO, on the expectations: "From the restructuring we expect a shared, broad, and above all, lived responsibility within the team, goal-oriented decisions, and efficient processes. Ultimately, we aim to relieve the management in day-to-day operations to successfully address the diverse challenges in an ever-changing environment."
Dual leadership for operational project business
Antonia Eisert (36) has been with Markgraph for 15 years. In the management team, the business economist (B.A.) forms a dual leadership team with Sebastian Bausch (40). The graduate engineer in architecture has been with the company since 2010 and, like Eisert, has already managed numerous major projects. The two are jointly responsible for the operational project business.
Management for Personnel
Sarah Roßbach (46) represents the heart of the agency: the employees. The interior designer initially worked in the project area for 13 years. Since 2017, she has been responsible for human resources and personnel development. She now also formally represents HR issues as a member of the operational management team.
Strategic Future Topics: New Business and Digitization
Two key strategic topics for the future will be the focus of an expanded management team. Firstly, the client side with New Business and Business Development, for which Jennifer Ussner (44) is responsible. The business administration graduate has been with the company since 2018.
Secondly, the mammoth topic of digitalization, which in its many different facets will in future be under the management of Christoph Diederichs (35), B.A. in Digital Media / Interactive Media. He has been working at the agency since 2012 and brings with him broad expertise in the field of interactive experience and digital platforms.
Atelier Markgraph partner Prof. Lars Uwe Bleher: "The agency has grown in recent years and, with a team of almost 85 colleagues, has reached a size where it makes sense to reorganize the management topics. In future, Stefan Weil and I will have more space and time to exchange ideas with the creative people in the company and thus for the creative result."
New Work and Flat Hierarchies for Creative Excellence
The studio in Frankfurt's Gallus district has been undergoing a spatial redesign since the beginning of the year. We are moving away from fixed workstations towards a non-territorial concept with a variety of spaces that ensure a lively interaction between the interdisciplinary teams. The organizational change fits perfectly into this process.
CCO Stefan Weil: "It is time to break up structures, open up and allow a new generation to participate in setting the course for the future. Above all, we are delighted that three women are strengthening the upper management level."
About Atelier Markgraph
Atelier Markgraph GmbH is an internationally active agency for planning, creative and design services based in Frankfurt am Main. The company was founded in 1986 as an "agency for spatial communication" in Markgrafenstraße in Frankfurt am Main. Atelier Markgraph supports its clients from the fields of culture, business and science in the creation of immersive experiences.
An interdisciplinary team of almost 85 people translates central themes and brand messages into tangible scenographies and spatial narratives that encourage discussion and dialog.
Since the generation change in 2017, Lars Uwe Bleher, Tom Schubert and Stefan Weil have formed the management trio, which was expanded in 2023 to include a management level consisting of Sebastian Bausch, Christoph Diederichs, Antonia Eisert, Sarah Roßbach and Jennifer Ussner.
Frankfurt, June 20, 2023 - At this year's Art Directors Club (ADC) competition, three submissions from Atelier Markgraph were honored with awards. A project for organic pioneer Rapunzel scored twice with silver and bronze. A factory tour designed for Vorwerk also received an award.
On June 16, the most important German creative awards were presented for the 59th time in Hamburg as part of the ADC Festival. Thirty ADC juries in their six specialist areas judged the entries with more than 9,300 components.
Silver for the "Rapunzel Welt" visitor center
The Rapunzel Welt in the Allgäu region was awarded one of the coveted silver ADC nails in the Spatial Experience/Exhibition for Brand/Museum category. According to the ADC, the award stands for "work that sets standards in its category".
The main criterion for the construction of the organic pioneer Rapunzel was resource-conserving construction with a return to the traditional building methods of regional craftsmanship. The triad of building, understanding and enjoying connects inside and outside. The architecture of haascookzemmrich STUDIO 2050 follows the principles of an ecologically sound circular economy.
This was also appreciated by the jury, which justified its award as follows: "The Rapunzel World creates a concise and positive image for the brand, which accompanies visitors on all levels of experience, lets them feel Rapunzel's passion for organic products and also awakens this passion in visitors. The work is particularly impressive with an innovative and standard-setting sustainability concept for the building, which impressively underlines the brand's claim.
Bronze for the Rapunzel Bio-Museum
The Bio-Museum in Rapunzel Welt was awarded a bronze ADC nail in the Spatial Experience/Exhibition for Subject/Exhibition category and, according to the ADC, "stands for extraordinarily creative work in its respective category".
Uta Brinksmeier from Atelier Markgraph on the exhibition, where she was responsible for production management: "Our aim with the exhibition for Rapunzel is to provide information beyond our own backyard. Every day, we decide for ourselves which world we want to live in: With every purchase we make, we influence whether food is valued, ecosystems are preserved and people are paid fairly. Because in the end, it's not just a question of taste, but literally paves the way for a whole attitude towards life."
Award for Vorwerk Factory Tour
The competition criteria state that an award is given "for a work that meets the demanding ADC criteria." The Vorwerk Factory Tour received the award in the Spatial Experience/Exhibition Craft/Space Staging category.
The factory tour offers interactive and informative insights into the production processes and technologies at the Wuppertal site. The fifteen stations are located in the middle of the production halls and actively involve visitors with numerous hands-on objects.

Frankfurt, May 23, 2023. On the occasion of the St. Paul's Church Festival, Städtische Tourismus+Congress GmbH Frankfurt am Main (TCF) has commissioned the agency Atelier Markgraph to design and implement the accompanying open-air productions for the ceremony. The Frankfurt agency relied on the participation of citizens and the support of top-class artists.
From May 18 to 21, 2023, Frankfurt am Main celebrated St. Paul's Church Festival. St. Paul's Church symbolizes the tradition of a democratic and liberal constitution for the German nation like no other place.
The agency Atelier Markgraph, which has already visualized and dramaturgically organized numerous major exhibitions and events, was commissioned to design the festival program. Thomas Feda, managing director of TCF: “We are delighted that we were able to present an evening highlight on the 175th anniversary of the first freely elected German National Assembly, which duly highlights this event. With Atelier Markgraph, a Frankfurt agency is involved that has made a name for itself with spectacular productions. ”
For the Paulskirchen anniversary, it was important for Markgraph to involve citizens directly in the productions: “Giving the weighty theme a festive setting and making the abstract concept of democracy tangible and tangible was a major task that we developed together with citizens and artists. In the production, buildings, water, people and music became a canvas — artistic and technical refinement created a holistic experience,” says Stefan Weil, managing director (CCO) at Atelier Markgraph.
The Main as a stage
Pontoons anchored at the bottom of the Main formed three projection surfaces, each 25 meters wide and 10 meters high. With 1600 liters of water per minute (6 bar pressure), they produced a water mist, which served as an unusual projection surface.
Complemented by 75 spotlights and 40 loudspeakers, in collaboration with the bright! Studios from Maintal a production that attracts the audience. It took four days to set up the almost twenty minute show, which was performed over two days. Jelena Zickner, technical manager of the project, about the challenges: “From shipping barriers to the involvement of the DLRG, there were numerous framework conditions to be considered for the production. We were unable to control water, wind, weather and public traffic — at open-air events, you have to deal flexibly with uncertainties.”
The artistic process was supported by the artist duo HSI (Katharina Zorn and actress Jasna Fritzi Bauer) and the musician Chima. Faces were projected onto the water fountains to accompany Chima's exclusively composed song, which formed the emotional “chorus of freedom” to the music.
Citizens were involved in the production — the public appeal “Your face for democracy” was followed by numerous people whose faces and statements could be seen as part of the show.
Tens of thousands of visitors to St. Paul's Church Festival watched the show live on site, which was also broadcast by Hessian Radio.
Holistic concept and extended presentation
In addition to the production on the Main, visitors could expect one from the artist duo”HSI“staged lyrical presentation. With the appeal “We are looking for your poem”, the invitation to actively participate was launched long before the actual exhibition. “Everyone can participate — every word counts — all languages are welcome,” is the framework of the call. All submissions were created, arranged and curated by the artist duo who”Hain der Freiheit“. 43 plane trees and St. Paul's Church itself were decorated with over 400 poems by the citizens. Easy to read and expressive, they gave democracy a physical space on St. Paul's Square.
In the overall concept, people, colors, animations, words, music and projections formed a dynamic, immersive kaleidoscope of the concept of democracy.

Frankfurt, April 17, 2023. In March, the International Sanitary and Heating Fair (ISH) took place in Frankfurt. The Frankfurt Agency Atelier Markgraph has designed, planned and implemented the trade fair appearance for its long -time customer Viessmann, solution provider for holistic energy solutions. The sustainably realized status impressed those seeking trade fairs with pioneering heat pump solutions, innovative advisory formats and the "Family Picture", which part of the staging. From 13.03.23 the ISH took place in Frankfurt, the world leading trade fair for building technology, energy technology, air conditioning technology and renewable energies. The family company Viessmann, based in Allendorf in Northern Hesse, offers solutions for heating technology, climate and cooling systems. This year's innovations in the area of heat pumps and climate solutions were presented on an area of 1,700 square meters-one of the largest company stands with over 85,000 visitors. & nbsp; Viessmann and Atelier Markgraph have been working together in partnership since 2007. As a lead agency, the Frankfurt experts for communication in the room were not only responsible for conception, project management, design concept and software development, but also developed the catering concept and coordinated as general contractors. The most urgent questions of our time: How do we implement the energy transition together? The family company has a clear answer to this question: only together in partnership and as a family we master the leap into a positive energy future. Therefore, the motto of this year's appearance was "A Familiy for Positive Change". The idea of the large, global family was staged by Markgraph about the "Family Picture"-the central visual and highlight of the exhibition stand: On a 42-meter-long LED screen, the visitor became active part of the family. A photo team photographed the trade fair visitors at different stations. The dynamic, growing family pictures with a spatial depth effect emerged in real time. & Nbsp; Markgraph project manager Sibylle Schneider, account manager Jennifer Ussner and creative director Christoph Alker formed the three-way tip for the project. "With the Family Picture, we wanted to transfer the community idea and the positive mood of optimism visually to the exhibition stand," said Alker. “At the start there was a certain uncertainty as to whether the audience would participate in the photo campaign. But the visitors stood in line to add their image of the big screen. In the end, over 3,500 people participated in the family portrait, a great success! ”, Sumers Jennifer Ussner. & nbsp; With participation in the Family Picture, you also received an access code for the Viessmann member area and to your own portrait photo. In this way, the visitors were able to share and expand the trade fair experience through their social media profiles. Interactive knowledge transfer after four years of the exhibition break it was a happy reunion for exhibiting and visitors. The dialogue and advice options at the Viessmann stand were correspondingly generous and inviting. In order to experience the "positive change" idea, various solutions and cases were staged analogously, digital and hybrid. The four trade fair points were presented at “Explainer stations” developed by Atelier Markgraph. Supported employees from the Viessmann expert team, based on animated display presentations, presented products and solutions to the “new building”, “modernization and heat pump”, “Modernization Hybrid” as well as “trade and municipalities”. The program was optimally supplemented by top -class lectures that took place several times a day in the open “Family Forum” and which were also broadcast online via Viessmann.Live. Family family Viessmann was also represented at the stand and participated in the forum in the forum. Dirk Geißler, Head of Global Channel Marketing at Viessmann, is satisfied with the appearance and the collaboration: “We know that our trade fair appearance is in the best hands with our long -time partner Atelier Markgraph. The creative solutions meet the core of the brand and inspire visitors and employees alike. To get all services from a single source from Markgraph relieves us at the time-consuming trade fair preparations. ”& Nbsp; sustainable stand concept with seasonal-regional catering as a driver of the energy transition, Viessmann placed value on a sustainable stand concept-an area in the studio markgraph from previous projects, z. B. for the organic pioneer Rapunzel, has special expertise. Under the guiding principle “Reduce. Rethink. Reuse. ”Was the subject of sustainability of an integral part of all sub -projects even in the earliest conception phase. For example, reinstatrated, recyclable floor coverings were used. A large part of the furniture comes from the Viessmann restaurant in Allendorf. The modular stand system is designed for re -insert. Seasonal plants such as cedar and pine, which were obtained from a regional tree nursery as rental plants, served as greening of the stand. As a signature drink at the booth, there was a specially developed orchard spritzer with apples from Hessian orchards. & nbsp; In addition to tasting in the exhibition center, the exhibition stand turned to a blackboard over 50 meters long, on which VIPs and partners at the "family table" could end the day with new interpreted Frankfurt cuisine. Markgraph Partner Lars Uwe Bleher: “To stage the family company Viessmann with his important and innovative solutions in the room, we are always happy. Thanks to the over 15 years of cooperation, we know the brand core in particular depth. The openness to courageous ideas, coupled with the ascertainment and agility for which the brand and its protagonists stand, is an exciting combination. We are grateful for the trust of being able to contribute our entire expertise from conception, design, project management to sustainable implementation for the socially relevant future topics. ”For Viessmann, ISH 2023 was a complete success. The many thousands of family pictures portraits also existed beyond the fair and remind the visitors for a long time of the first big reunion after the pandemic break. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; ϕfotos: Kristof Lemp, Schmott Studios & nbsp; & nbsp; Creditscutger: Viessmann Climate Solutions SE, Allendorf Overall concept, design and dramaturgy of the staging: Atelier Markgraph GmbH, Frankfurt am Mainstandbau: Mac. Frankfurt, April 5, 2023 - After more than four years of construction, Viega World, an innovative training center that combines knowledge, fascination and a holistic brand experience, opened in Attendorn at the end of January. The Frankfurt agency Atelier Markgraph conceived and realized the interactive exhibition concept, the exhibit development and the brand staging. The exhibition presents 90 exhibits and surprising insights that turn the building itself into educational content. A special highlight was created with a media experience space.
With numerous international visitors every year, Viega's training center in Attendorn, Sauerland, is one of the family company's central brand contact points. The global market leader for metal press systems is considered one of the most important technology leaders in the installation industry. Out of 23 seminar centers worldwide, the new training center in Attendorn has set out to set new standards for the entire industry. Atelier Markgraph was involved from the earliest planning phase and, as a leading partner, was entrusted with the overall staging of the training and brand content as well as the exhibition concept.
Interactive experience on 2,800 square meters of exhibition space
The result is a holistic interactive brand experience that offers far more than just a seminar center. Over 90 exhibits, structurally designed insights and a media experience space were created on a total of almost 2,800 square meters of exhibition space. The connecting element and literally the "pulse" of the building is an approx. 18 meter high sculpture with light pulses, made with Viega pipes, which extends over all three floors. Under the motto "making the hidden visible", the building reveals to visitors processes that normally take place unnoticed behind closed walls and floors: see-through recesses in the walls reveal the installation technology and show the "lifelines of the building" in daily use.
Digital twin of the building through BIM integration
Building Information Modeling (BIM) allows all building data to be visualized digitally. Together with RWTH Aachen University, Markgraph developed a way to integrate the entire exhibition planning into the BIM process.
In cooperation with the planning partners, this enabled a continuous exchange via a 3D model, which serves as a digital twin of the building and is visible in augmented reality exhibits and other digital applications.
Markgraph Managing Director Stefan Weil on the implementation of the large-scale project: "What was particularly appealing about Viega World for us was the enormous scope for co-design and the holistic task of being able to help develop not only individual exhibits, but the overall staging of the building from the very beginning. Rarely do we have the opportunity to contribute the full range of our expertise to projects in such a comprehensive and holistic way."
A beacon project for knowledge transfer
Viega World sets new standards for the entire industry and represents a new level of quality in knowledge transfer. With exhibits you can touch and see, the concept developed by Atelier Markgraph brings knowledge to life - exposed systems and digital models of the building illustrate processes and the smallest details that are otherwise hidden behind the wall.
In the end, Viega World is more than just a training center - it is a holistically staged brand space, a "heart of the brand", a place for knowledge, inspiration and fascination.

Just in the kick-off of the Bundesliga, ZDF-Sport gets a new face. The Frankfurt studio Markgraph is behind the re-design. The design office was commissioned to design a visually and technically contemporary set design for the three sports formats "The current sports studio", "ZDF Sportreportage" and "ZDF Sportextra". "The current sports studio" is one of the classics of German television. The weekly magazine has been reporting on the world of sport for over 50 years. On August 19, 2017, the spectators can experience the cult broadcast up close in a dynamic all-round look. Leading motif: Media fan urvelitical motif of the new studio is a swarm from specially developed LED modules, the shape and arrangement of which was derived from a typical stadium motif: the swiveling Scarves in the fan curve. Thanks to the circular arrangement of the LED swarm and the expansion of the grandstand for the studio guests, the live audience and the spectators at home have the feeling of being in the middle of the action. The video-capable modules are not only characterized by their clear design, but also offer varied staging options in combination with large LED walls. The regular recurring structure of the "medial fan curve" creates a design calm and at the same time enables high flexibility in the application. With a change from open and condensed areas, the swarm design of the camera also allows a new dynamic game with the room. In this way, the goal wall shooting shines in a new light in the duel through integrated sensors and LED technology. The well -known studio oach also experiences digitization. Set modules such as moderation tables or kinetics elements formally take up the LED swarm and thus create a holistic picture. Black shiny surfaces give the sporting experience a more contrasting and more modern aura.
