New mobility spaces: Atelier Markgraph designs the EUROBIKE presentation for Riese & Müller

9.7.24

Frankfurt, 09.07.2024. From the 3rd to 7th July 2024, the bicycle and ecomobility cosmos came together at the EUROBIKE in Frankfurt am Main. Atelier Markgraph realised the stand concept and presentation for the premium e-bike manufacturer Riese & Müller. Under the theme “new mobility spaces“, a filling station formed the design focal point as an iconographic symbol for the transformation of mobility.

Riese & Müller is one of the world’s leading companies in the premium e-bike sector and is recognised as an industry leader in terms of technology and quality. Based in Mühltal, Hesse, the company is also a highly regarded pioneer in its commitment to post-fossil individual mobility in urbanised areas. In accordance with this, the brand presentation at the EUROBIKE, realised by Atelier Markgraph, was based on the meta-theme “new mobility spaces”.

The filling station as a scenographic symbol for the possibilities of new mobility

As a significant symbolic image, the filling station was chosen as the design focal point of the presentation. With its increasingly numerous remains and its vacancy in the cityscape, it symbolises the necessary change in mobility that is already taking place. And for spaces that want to be revitalised and used.

Around the styled filling station as an iconographic centrepiece, Riese & Müller presented the entire spectrum of its product range as well as innovative new products on 528 square metres.

Open dialogue areas on the topics of new technology, new mobility and digital services enabled an exchange between Riese &Müller experts and visitors.

Brand building, knowledge transfer and active driving experience

The stand area, which was divided into product presentation, highlights and hospitality, was complemented by an exciting outdoor area with a test track featuring 40 bikes.

Particular attention was focused on branding in the areas of signage and signposting. From the signage system to the team clothing, Atelier Markgraph established a stringent graphic design that will continue to be used in POS campaigns beyond the EUROBIKE. Riese & Müller’s commitment to sustainability was continued in a social media campaign with informative fact hangtags on the bikes.

Dr Sandra Wolf, CEOof Riese & Müller, is very pleased with the trade fair appearance: “We are delighted with our successful appearance at the EUROBIKE 2024. With Atelier Markgraph's concept, we have succeeded in taking our brand presence to the next level and communicating our benefits, our commitment and our vision even more clearly.”
