Adventurous, relaxing, powerful – the ‘Good Outlooks All Around‘ exhibition brings the most attractive excursion destinations and their special features along the new circular route of the Rhine-Main Regional Park to life.

The challenge

To introduce the new Rhine-Main Regional Park trail to the city and the region and thus strengthen the image of the Rhine-Main region as a location for diverse natural and recreational areas.

Our approach

Bringing the Regional Park to the people of Frankfurt's city centre with a striking, informative and interactive open-air exhibition.

A PARK IN THE CENTRE OF FRANKFURT

The quality of life and leisure opportunities in the Rhine-Main Regional Park are not yet well known in the city and the region. A new circular route through the park is intended to raise awareness and strengthen the park’s image. For this purpose, the ‘Good Outlooks All Around’ exhibition brings the new route to the Roßmarkt in Frankfurt's city centre. With a large infographic and 16 striking perches, the exhibition takes visitors on a journey of discovery into the surrounding area.

“The ‘Good Outlooks All Around' exhibition on the Roßmarkt seems so timeless that it could still be shown again years later. It was also a pleasing sight that the large-scale floor graphics were installed with pinpoint accuracy despite the difficult weather conditions.”

Stefanie Henrich
Head of graphic production

A WALK-THROUGH INFOGRAPHIC BECOMES AN EVENT

The eye-catching infographic illustrates the new circular route of the regional park on the floor of the Roßmarkt. The most attractive excursion destinations and their connections by underground and suburban railway can be walked along and explored on the square. The main cities and rivers provide a geographical orientation.

SKYSCRAPER MEETS PERCHES

Perches in bright colours are set up along the route. With their vibrant colours and materiality, they form an intense contrast to the urban surroundings. As unfamiliar objects between glass and sandstone façades, the perches arouse curiosity and at the same time convey a clear message: the proximity of urbanity and landscape in the region.

DISCOVERING THE UNEXPECTED

The outer shells of the perches surprise with their informative and playful design. Using text, graphics and interactive elements, they reflect the wide range of experiences on the circular route. In combination with the ground graphics, the perches create a high density of experiences – and inspire visitors to explore the Regional Park.
